1. Sand gap


Water sanding paper has a small gap between sand particles and small powder. When used with water, the powder will flow out together and is not easily blocked. Dry sandpaper has large sand particles, large gaps, and strong cutting force. Due to the large gaps, it does not require water powder or dust to fall off. In addition, the white sand of dry sanded paper contains anti clogging function.


2. Cutting efficiency


Dry sandpaper has larger sand particles and higher cutting efficiency compared to water sandpaper, but the grinding effect is rougher. Water sandpaper grinds slowly but finely.


3. Dust


Water sandpaper is generally used under water containing conditions, so there is less dust. Dry sandpaper dust is relatively larger, and protective equipment needs to be worn during operation.
